Delivery time
All sofa covers the outlet in stock and will be shipped within a few business days. Delivery time depends on the order. Within Europe, delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days.
For our outlet, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your return. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and the associated shipping costs. Once we have received the return in good order, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price; no restocking fees will be charged for outlet.

What if something is wrong with my order?
We offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers the fit and defects of sofa covers. For our curtains, we offer a 'Perfect Fit' warranty. This allows you to have the curtains shortened or narrowed by a local upholsterer/tailor. We will reimburse 75% of the alteration costs, up to a maximum of €100.
Can I pay afterwards?
You can pay with Klarna, which gives you the flexibility to pay after you have received your order. You can choose to pay the amount in one go or in three installments. Availability varies by country and is subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Are the colors and materials on the website exactly the same as in reality?
