Return information for sofa covers

All sofa covers can be returned if unused and in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving the order by submitting a return request on your account page. See the instructions below in the Return Instructions section. After this, you have another 14 calendar days to send the order back.


For a return, we are required to charge 30% of the purchase price because the sofa covers are custom-made and made to order. This means we will refund 70% of the purchase price. If you are unsure about the fabric color, we recommend ordering a fabric sample first.

Curtain return information

Our curtains are fully custom-made based on the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, they are considered custom products and cannot be returned.

To ensure you make the right choice, we recommend ordering a fabric sample first. This way, you can assess the color and texture beforehand.

Return instructions

Steps to Return an Order

Do you want to return or exchange an item? Please register your return within 14 days of receipt via your personal account on our website. After logging in, you can indicate which product you want to send back and the reason for the return.

  • Pack the products unused, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging, and in no more than one package.
  • Return the product to Norsemaison unless otherwise instructed by our customer service. Please note that we have a return address in Portugal. For reference, the cost of sending a package up to 5 KG with PostNL from the Netherlands is approximately 20 euros.
  • You are responsible for the packages/products until they are received by us. We advise keeping the receipt from the delivery service and, if possible, the tracking number.
  • We must receive the products within 14 calendar days after you have indicated that you want to return the order.

Return Information for Customers Outside Europe

Additional conditions apply for returns from countries outside the European Union:

Customs Clearance Fees
Any customs clearance fees resulting from the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. If such fees apply, we will inform you as soon as we are notified by customs and provide supporting evidence. These costs will then be deducted from the refund amount of your order.

Filling Out Documentation
We recommend marking the return shipment as ‘non-commercial’ and declaring a value of €0.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after we have received the returned order. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment. Please ensure that products are unused and in the original packaging.
