Shipping
Shipping is free from €100 within Europe zone 1. For other countries, shipping is free for orders over 190 euros. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. We will send shipping information by email after the order has been dispatched. The order can be tracked via track & trace.
Delivery time
All sofa covers handmade with the utmost care in our workshop after we receive the order. We expect to deliver the order within 4 to 6 weeks.
Our sofa covers a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt, during which you may cancel your purchase and notify us of your intention to return the product.
Because our sofa covers are made to order, 30% of the purchase price may be retained as compensation for the restocking and customization costs incurred. For more information, please refer to the returns page.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and the available countries can be selected on the checkout page. There are only a few countries that we do not currently ship to.

Yes, of course! You can order swatches 7 swatches a time from us.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers the fit and defects of sofa covers. For our curtains, we offer a 'Perfect Fit' warranty. This allows you to have the curtains shortened or narrowed by a local upholsterer/tailor. We will reimburse 75% of the alteration costs, up to a maximum of €100.
Can I pay afterwards?
You can pay with Klarna, which gives you the flexibility to pay after you have received your order. You can choose to pay the amount in one go or in three installments. Availability varies by country and is subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Are the colors and materials on the website exactly the same as in reality?
Although the images of our fabrics and swatches are swatches , the photos of the sofa covers are sofa covers illustrative purposes only and slight color differences may occur due to screen settings or the complexity of textile production.
