Shipping is free for orders over €100 within Europe Zone 1. For other countries, shipping is free for orders over €190. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. We will send shipping information by email after the order has been shipped. The order can be tracked via track & trace.
Delivery time
All curtains are handmade with the utmost care in our workshop after we receive the order. We expect to deliver the order within 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and the available countries can be selected on the checkout page. There are only a few countries that we do not currently ship to.
Can I order swatches?
Yes, of course! You can order swatches 7 swatches a time from us.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers fit and defects. We offer a 'Perfect Fit' warranty on our curtains. This allows you to have the curtains shortened or narrowed by a local upholsterer/tailor. We will reimburse 75% of the alteration costs, up to a maximum of €100.
Can I pay afterwards?
You can pay with Klarna, which gives you the flexibility to pay after you have received your order. You can choose to pay the amount in one go or in three installments. Availability varies by country and is subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Are the colors and materials on the website exactly the same as in reality?
Although the images of our fabrics and swatches are swatches , the photos of the curtains are for illustrative purposes only and slight color differences may occur due to screen settings or the complexity of textile production. Because slight differences between a sample and the final product can never be completely ruled out, we always recommend ordering a sample first so that you can physically assess the material.
