Shipping
Shipping is free from €100 within Europe zone 1. For other countries, shipping is free for orders over €190. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We send shipping information by email after the order has been shipped. The order can be tracked via track & trace.
Delivery time
All sofa covers are carefully handmade in our workshop after we have received the order. We expect to deliver the order within 4 to 6 weeks.
For our sofa covers, there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt to cancel the purchase and register the return.
Because our sofa covers are made to order, 30% of the purchase price may be withheld as compensation for restocking and customization costs. You can read more information on the returns page.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver worldwide and the available countries can be selected on the checkout page. There are only a few countries we currently do not ship to.
Can I order swatches?
Yes, definitely! You can order 7 swatches from us at a time.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
We offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers the fit and defects of sofa covers. For our curtains, we provide a 'Perfect-fit' guarantee. This allows you to have the curtains shortened or narrowed by a local upholsterer/tailor. We reimburse 75% of the alteration costs, up to a maximum of €100.
Can I pay afterwards?
You can pay with Klarna, which gives you the flexibility to pay after you have received your order. You can choose to pay the amount in one go or in three installments. Availability depends on the country and is subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Are the colors and materials on the website exactly the same as in real life?
Although the images of our fabrics and swatches are accurate, the photos of the sofa covers are for reference only, and slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or the complexity of textile production. Since minor differences between a swatch and the final product can never be completely ruled out, we always recommend ordering a swatch first if in doubt, so you can physically assess the material.
