Furniture covers from Norsemaison are specially made to fit IKEA sofas. We mainly use polyester fabrics. Polyester is a strong material that, compared to cotton or linen, does not easily discolour in the sun.
The set of covers consists of a cover for the frame, seat cushions and back cushions. Depending on the type of IKEA sofa, the covers for the armrests are also included. You simply attach the furniture covers like existing IKEA covers. Depending on the type of sofa, it may be attached with a zipper or velcro.
The furniture covers can be easily washed in the washing machine. Please note that the covers should not be washed hot. We recommend washing at 30°C / 86°F. You can not put the covers in the dryer.
You can iron the covers. For the best results, iron the furniture covers on the inside. We recommend ironing at a low temperature, such as 110°C / 230°F.

It is possible for Dutch and Belgian customers to pay the order with Afterpay. With this option, the customer receives a request to pay 3 weeks after placing the order. While placing the order, Afterpay will perform a credit check to verify the customer's eligibility to pay with Afterpay. It is also possible for Dutch customers to pay in three instalments with in3. The first payment takes place at the time of ordering. The second payment is made after 30 days. The third payment is made after 60 days.

We offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers fit and defects.
A defect means that the cover is broken as a result of a production error. Defects caused by e.g. reckless use or sharp objects are not covered by the warranty.
Did you receive an order and the cover does not fit properly on the sofa? Please contact us via the contact page. We guarantee that the covers will fit the IKEA sofas properly. In that case, the guarantee applies and we will make new covers that do fit. However, because all products are handmade, we have an acceptable deviation margin of 1 to 2 cm. If the cushion does not fit properly on the sofa, and after inspection it is the same size as an original IKEA cushion, the fit guarantee does not apply. Please note that cushions on IKEA sofas may lose their shape over time. This means that the cushions may not fit tightly like cushions in good condition. This is not covered by the fit guarantee.
